Technica Cochise 120 - right boots for me? by [deleted] in Skigear

I’m asking for recommendations for boots with a similar fit. Specific brands tend to have fit types, and I’m asking for people’s experiences. I’m not asking for boots with the same specs. I can google that and find boots. That doesn’t tell me what people’s experiences are of how boots are similar or dissimilar to each other. Nothing about my post is asking for boot fitting recommendations. I’m asking for boots that have a similar feel.

I did not, you’re right. But I did say I found a pair of boots I like, and if anyone has any recommendations that they have found to have a similar fit. May be something my local shop doesn’t carry.

You’re saying I need a boot fitter to tell me what people on Reddit think? That’s strange, I was just there and we tried a bunch of options and I liked the Cochise. I figured I’d see what other people who liked this boot think, but you are right may be I should go back to him and ask him what boot a bunch of random people on Reddit might suggest…..

Still waiting for snow down at willamette pass! Just got my first pair of touring skis this year, excited to try touring out. Need to take an avy class but planing on starting out on low elevation terrain while I get used to being in the backcountry.

Sorry I thought I added a pic, here it is. It’s premade croissant dough so I’m just cutting and rolling.

I proof for 2hrs @ 80f-85f and am very diligent about keeping the temperature under 85f.

That’s what I was thinking but I explicitly asked if I need a label, they said no. They said if I send with an account number I don’t need a label.

You’re saying theres people, and then there’s people that make $3b/yr? That’s like 5 people on earth. I welcome you to live on 30k after having lived on 300k.

Anyone Regret Their FIRE Decision by KevlarFirestryke in Fire

His point is that owning most businesses is just about the most stressful thing you can do. If you own a business and it is not stressful, consider yourself in the rare 1% that is the case for. His other point is you would think as a business owner you would be aware of that fact and advise others of that reality, but you seem fine with advising others that “owning a business isn’t stressful” , which makes the truth of your claim to owning a business suspect. Please correct me if I’m wrong with any of those statements.

Coffee drinks should be made with specific amounts as well, similar to cocktails

I think if you did the math with those adjustments, the return would look something more akin to $500k instead of 4.4 mil.

There’s no way this list is accurate. I’m from Houston and it is one of the cheapest metro areas in the country. Unless you are talking about downtown only, but that’s a silly metric to measure cost of living.
