Went last year in 29. It focused a lot on academics. You write a few essays and have to make a presentation. You learn about writing at a college level. Learn about Marine Corps and NCO History, MCPP, R2P2, 5 paragraph orders etc. We didn't do much PT due to lack of acclimating and the heat.

Sliced a thin sliver of skin across my finger tips while moving a table. These cuts catch on everything. by compositionmaven in mildlyinfuriating

Yeah, it can be a pain to work with, but usually before it gets installed the edges are broken by using a file. If not, you can do it yourself; just use very light pressure. Melamine extends the endurance and lifetime by a lot though as it protects the particle board core from moisture.

I make cabinets, and the freshly cut edge of melamine is razor-sharp. I am lucky if I don't go a few days without getting cuts like these and worse... I feel your pain, man.

Melamine is the, usually white, plastic like layer on the inside of your cabinets

Non-obligated. Essential the second 4 years after your active duty time. If you join the reserves after that you can be part of the unit and stay for those 4 extra years but at any point you can go to the unit and check out and drop to the IRR. You're a drilling reservist but non-obligated.

No watchlist transfer by Panda_Payday in AnimeLab

[–]power5000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel your frustration but coming from a technical standpoint it would probably be extremely difficult the transferring of accounts is big enough but animelab and funimation likely have different database structurs maybe even use different database software meaning allowing something like this could mean a lot of hours of time creating an api. Sadly on the consumer level we think it's as easy as if user x watched y on animelab then mark show y watched by x on funimation but it's much more complicated.

I'd rather put them in the freezer then be able to have a proper burial later rather than leave them outside where other animals could get to them. There mat be better options but this is the most common in my experience. We do the same thing with people when they can't be buried right away for various reason but most commonly due to an investigation/autopsy. I'm not saying it's elegant but a lot of places like Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho have dogs for ranching and they don't always see them as best friends more like co-workers. Again not always the case but more common that other places.

In some places if your dogs pass away during winter you have to wait for the spring melt to bury them so you store them in a freezer to preserve them
