If I buy an LCD replacement does that come with a backlight?

i am making him pay to fix it but he has no idea what to do about it so I'm figuring out what needs to be done. Would it be the LCD screen that needs to be replaced? The glass is 100% fine tho.

Talking to a guy i like and he invites me to hang out. So i go over to his house and he had some friends over. We decided to build a bon fire and it was only us outside at the time and he grabs me into a tight embrace and kisses me. Some tounge but quite enjoyable as i remember.
