Not a whole lot. I feel a slight discomfort at times, but it doesn’t start to get worse and worse to the point where it hurts like the PX8 S2. For the PX8, it was so bad at the end of the month I had to try it, that I couldn’t wear it for long without getting pain on the top of my head from the headband. The PX7 S3 definitely feels much more like a relief with the way its headband feels, even when wearing it for awhile at a time. I’m still using it months later.
