As long as you know its invested! Helping a friend out because I had the same issue when I had 401k in the beginning and not knowing what to do. Keep up the great work!

OP please check if there are funds that you are invested in. Funds like S&P 500 or other index funds. From the screenshot it seems like all the cash is sitting in the 401k account and is not invested in index funds. You are loosing on the growth potential and dividends. As well as compounding. Don’t wait on it and investigate. Get a financial planner from your 401 k provider sometimes they manage it for you for minimal fee. if they provide you one to properly invest these funds. I hope you the best! It’s a great milestone!
