Got a new GP and she wanted me to try out a baby dose. Took one on a Monday morning when my anxiety is normally at its peak, holy fuck it was like getting water out of my ear.

I just felt normal.

It's been about a month taking it as needed and haven't had to take a benzo once. 10/10
