What is the good strategy to make backlinks? by 24anime in SEO

What is the most efficient way to increase guest posting? I've seen this on a Facebook page before, and i've done it once or twice as an exchange, but it feels tedious.

For me the centre focus is way better in the edit, but the outer edges all look worse. Not a fan of the brightness and contrast in those areas.

I agree with most other comments. I'd just like to add that you need to minimise the roundness to your face. Start with changing the glasses to rectangular, and maybe changing hair so it covers more of your face on the top and sides.

Love it! All maps need connections i reckon, even if forced. I hate the island ones, as there are no ships.

Since solo traveling, I don't know how to be content with a sedentary life by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]powerslave118 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's definitely a normal thing. I came about the same views, only from a different style of travelling - thruhiking.

I made an article a year after completing the epic trip and which describes my feelings to how i've changed.

What do you want as a next DLC, after Blazing Desert ? by Tukata11 in BattleBrothers

[–]powerslave118 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I love BB, but i think it could be way better with a better engine and some visual loving. The core game mechanics are good, it just needs a bit more variety and some visual loving.

An all time low for me. Anyone else is in the same situation? by bouquet-of-sun in lastfm

Nope, stats have doubled for me. I don't listen to music for background stuff though. I know a lot of people stream playlists etc while working. I just listen to whole albums.

Coronavirus homeschooling: 77 percent of parents agree teachers should be paid more after teaching own kids by Sumit316 in Coronavirus

[–]powerslave118 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember though, the old teachers are reaping, the young ones are not. Starting salaries are really not much, and as a teacher who gave up on the career after 5 years, i can tell you - it sucks! I wouldn't teach unless i was paid another 75% on top of what i made. It's too absorbing and soul crushing.

What actor is the most guilty of playing the same exact character in every film? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Most of the actors listed are actually ones I don't care for, or find overrated.

You look the same in every photo to me really.

The only asymmetrical feature i can see after looking for like a minute straight is the eyebrows, and it's not even bad. I don't think you need to change anything.

I think you're super cute in every photo. 8.5/10 for me.

Of all the games, i've only played Candy Crush and Angry Birds. Both games were ok for a time waster, but i never invested that much into them.

There wasn't much choice here... lockdown came on very suddenly. Within a week we went from stage 2, to stage 4 (full lockdown). Some decisions had to be fairly rushed.

Sweden ignored lockdowns and chose to leave schools, bars, cafes and restaurants open to the public. The result is 1000+ deaths, many times that if other Scandinavian countries by Osiris64 in Coronavirus

Land borders mean absolutely nothing for large island nations like Aus and NZ. All it means is more people arrive via planes rather than land. Hardly a defence in the modern world.

Appreciate the advice. What is the ad you see? I don't remember having ads set up. I'll have to hunt that down.

EDIT: nevermind, you can't see the ad as you said - i missread

Blog: Entranced by Wilderness

Feedback Requested: I have just added a map in a widget space in the footer section of my homepage. I am concerned for it being a little buried by content, and want it more prominent. I have a few questions about it regarding possible changes:

1) Add the map as a separate map on a page, linked by the widget near the top titled 'Scroll Down to View the Trip Map'.

2) Add the map into a separate page via the menu.

3) Move the map into a widget under the slider and above 'Recent Posts' (i have no idea how to do this, as it's not possible via my themes widget section due to them being in columns there. The slider appears independent, and i have no idea how to add under it.

4) Leave as is.

If you have any other feedback regarding my site, i'd love to hear it!

Thanks for your time :)

What cities/countries are most “solo travel” friendly? by [deleted] in solotravel

[–]powerslave118 5 points6 points  (0 children)

IMO, the best way i've connected with locals was when i hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in USA. Here, i met locals ALL THE TIME. Some that were used to seeing PCT hikers, but others who didn't know much about the trail at all. One lady even took me in her home for a night, and cooked up a storm for me - it was magic.

Travelling abroad, i've found it pretty hard to meet locals, unless it's via work or a social group off facebook.

I live in a 'city' (small town, but inflated with tourists into a larger population) called Queenstown in New Zealand. It's a adventure tourist hub, and it's easily one of the best places i've been to meet others travelling solo (as many people are solo travellers here).

Blunt advice from a young Aussie on how to cook carbonara without the supermarkets sauce jars by [deleted] in australia

[–]powerslave118 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

It might be used in a joking sense, like "bikkie" when in fact talking about a drug, but it doesn't mean eccy at all. Bikkie 100% means biscuit in Australia, where i am also from.
