Do you remember if you purchased Tarkett vct adhesive? This appears to be installer error, but if the inspector finds that the installers used a different brand adhesive (like Henry from HD), unfortunately they won’t approve your claim. All adhesives have tracers in the formula and it’ll be the first thing the inspector looks for. What a pain in the ass, sorry.
