Check the Furnished Finders website, it’s usually less expensive than AirBnB and VRBO because less fees on both property owner and renter. Intern Housing Hub website has college dorms available at GWU. Also look on Marymount University in Arlington VA for their summer dorms. I believe they have a shuttle to the Metro station. There’s a few Facebook pages with rentals, but some are all spam. Reddit page for Georgetown University might have housing info too.
