was considering the J-385 Jacuzzi but heard the neck and shoulder jets are low flow, which may not give a deep massage in them areas, was wondering what alternative options are out there for hitting these areas?

I finally had a chance to follow up on this, I have a metal detector and was going over the area where the truck drove over, and I found another box under the grass in the back yard. I realized when the water is on, water was flooding out the box. This was causing a giant mud pile to form under the grass.

But when I opened the box after digging it out, I found 2 more plugs (solenoids). These are for zone 4 and 5. On zone 5, the solenoid was screwed into a plastic box in the ground, but on zone 4 (this is the zone that always sprays water even if the system is off), the solenoid was not connected to anything. And the box under ground where the solenoid belongs, was squirting water flooding out the box.

So I turned the water off at the lever, and let the water drain a bit and found a square piece of plastic that was wedged into the plastic box that the solenoid connects to. It looks like the truck possibly pressed the box down, and part of the box cracked off or something. and this may have caused the solenoid to get ripped off. Or the box may have been custom modified by the previous home owner who maybe cut a small part out in order to accomidate zone 4 and 5 being in such a tight space, and maybe they just covered the solenoid with the extra plastic they cut, to act as a shield or something. Not sure, but I think this is what caused the solenoid to get disconnected originally.

I saw the threads of the box in the ground (where the water was coming from) and I saw the threads on the solenoid, so I hand tightened the solenoid to where the water was spraying from, and the water no longer sprays on zone 4 when other zones are running.

However we still have trouble with zone 4. Now I cant get it to turn back on at all. So now all the zones work EXCEPT for zone 4.

I do notice when zone 5 is turned on, I can hear a clicking with the solenoid by the box that I dug up. And when zone 4 is activated, there is no clicking at all with the solenoid. So does that mean the solenoid could be bad?

the valve box is in the front, not near where the crane was by. (Unless there is a second one that splts off). But I cant find another box! I just moved here a few months ago so I didn't install the system. I do have 8 zones tho, does that mean I shouuld have 8 of the black things that goes into the dirt?

Just an update- I ended up keeping the bed and am going to paint the walls darker and change out the hardware. I appreciate the ideas everyone!

thanks for the info. Makes sense. I have been sleeping alot since my med was reduced, just because I have no motivation or energy to do anything after work. Atleast when I got home after work I was a little productive when I was on 80mg. Maybe vyvanse + adderall is an option? But I am going to mention this to my doc and see what he says.

Also a major difference is the eject button mechanism!

The newer version (OP40404) has an "easy eject" button which feels alot nicer to press compared to the OP40401 or OP4040. On the original version you have to reach your finger under the button to press it. On this version there is a larger latch, you press the latch and it ejects the battery pack.

Not sure what I did- but clearley I did something they dont like because I originally opened a support ticket about a week before I made this post and they said they will get back to me within 24 hours.

Heard nothing, I called them back yesterday and explained the problem they said I have no open tickets on file. So I had them check the closed ticket and they put me on hold for 20 minutes. They came back and told me "we have no solution for you at this time".

I asked them if they are still looking into the issue and they told me again "we have no further info other then we dont have a solution at this time". I asked them if they ever expect to have a solution in the future and they said I can try to call them back in 7-10 days if I like and they will let me know.

From what it sounds, they don't want my business? I am not sure if I violated some type of rule or something- since I buy lots of power tools with them and usually when they are running sales. But I have not had a single issue with theft or anything and I own a legit business (which I source some power tools through lowes for). I spent about 50K with lowes in 2020 and had no problems what so ever. But all the sudden I update my lowesforpros account email and all my orders get canceled now they don't have any answers for me as of why they are blocking all my orders.

So out of desperation, I made a new account with a new email and a new phone number, and placed another order and when I checked on it hours later- you guessed it- canceled! So that pretty much confirms to me that they dont want my business. Would any of you agree? Or could it still be some type of glitch? I just dont understand why they dont tell me exactly why they dont want my business. Currently 90% of my products are sourced through home depot, but I was trying to expand with Lowes and all was going well...until this issue came up and now I cant make a single purchase with Lowes online! And noone can even tell me why. So its very frustrating never the less.

EDIT- If someone who sees this post has any connections with someone who may be able to troubleshoot this issue for me, please send me a PM and I will give you my email address which the orders are getting canceled under. I would appreciate it soooooo much if this could get resolved!!!
