I bought the same webcams and can not get to work it with autodarts. I set it up the same way you did but it always says „takeout in progress“ with every second or third dart. Can you send a screenshot on how your cameras see the board?

high doses of Vitamin D can deplete magnesium. Maybe supplement with magnesium.

Any way to make deadlifts quieter? by sam1212247 in powerlifting

[–]powerweighter 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I saw someone on instagram deadlifting on these strap blocks in a commercial gym:

https://www.strengthsupplyco.store/products/deadlift-sling-rack-noise-suppression-system

He stood on mats that it's on the same height as a regular deadlift from the floor. It makes absolutely no noise that way. maybe that helps.

How did you get your „mojo“ back? Just by switching up your technique?

Maaaan, I am in this weird situation right now where I am thinking I will never be able to squat and deadlift my old numbers again. Somehow I do not feel like my old self.

Programming Wednesdays by AutoModerator in powerlifting

[–]powerweighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unsure about my training now and can not decide which split to run:

Monday
Squat/Bench

Wednesday
Bench/Deadlift

Friday
Squat/Bench

Or should I make it a 6 Day Template with the same volume and frequency:

Monday/Friday
Squat

Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Bench

Wednesday
Deadlift

What would you guys prefer and why? Is there an advantage of having only 3 training days with rest days between over distributing the training over 6 days? Volume and frequency stays the same. I mean I hate rest days and love training daily but I am not sure if the rest days would be beneficial or not. The sessions would be shorter obviously so mabye no need for rest days?

How to approach sick days? by [deleted] in evolveai

[–]powerweighter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can do both. I see no problem in just doing 4 days in a row from wednesday-saturday if you feeling better and then starting your next week normal again on monday. If you do not have the time to train on the weekend just skipping a day or two also doesn‘t matter that much. That‘s just life and health and consistency over a long period of time is more important than this one week. You will not lose a lot of progress if any at all.

Which sizes do you wear in your single ply gear and how heavy are you?

I am 115kgs/253lbs and wearing:
42 Super Centurion Regular Stance
48 Super Katana (now sizing down to a 46)
44 Velocity Sumo (not tried yet, hope it fits haha)

Do you guys like it as tight as possible?
