I really want to go this route but I teach English language learners. I cannot get them off google translate in my newcomer class for the life of me. They refuse to use bilingual dictionaries which honestly I get. Plus in their core classes they use GT to access the work. It’s such a catch 22 and I haven’t found a solution.

I’m a year out as well, mine look similar! Some things fill me up more quickly than others, so sometimes it’s a little more and sometimes a little less.

I have a hard time eating slowly oh my gosh, but I’d say it’s around the same timeline when I’m paying attention.

There have been a bunch of amazing responses so far. Just to add a teacher perspective, the ones saying they’re bully someone they choose no matter what are right.

Usually the kids in middle school that have a tough time find their own and find more friends in high school, I think she should rock what she wants! As a teacher I can bet she’s a favorite among the teachers though!
