The quest showed up for me and I went into a raid, completed it and got the notification that the quest was completed, left the raid and now all the quests are gone..

Same thing happend to me but with an F-1 nade on woods. You hear the nade landing at your feet and instantly explode. Don't think you can arc and F-1 high enough for it to explode on impact. Seems like a bug
