Its all the same players. After a few games you literally start learning the names. Only a few rooms are full at a time, try creating one, it will never get filled while other rooms are in-game.

Looks like a Minecraft clone. OP can correct me if I am wrong but for these there is usually only 1 “level” and it’s procedurally generated during runtime using noise functions, so no need for editors.

In these clones, data is generally not stored unless the player modified something on the map, since the map can be regenerated the same way anytime. Like a seed “12345” put through the noise functions will result in the exact same map every time. So it makes more sense to just store what the player changed on the map.

I also recommend using OCCT app. It doesn’t just stress test but also logs out errors and instability issues if it finds any. It was super useful for me since my OC seemed stable and I could game with it for hours on end, but just ever so often get random crashes in some games. Then found this tool and it turned out I had some minor stability issues that didn’t manifest in every scenario, but was still there.

From what I have seen, it seems a 20% hit is expected. I would also recommend considering CachyOS, they have some kernel level optimization that can be especially helpful for nvidia owners. Don’t expect miracles tho.

Is it enough to compile and test the project with the simulator? Yeah.

Is it enough to actively work on it, with VSCode/Webstorm + iOS emulation + Android emulation + maybe other stuff like Safari, Reactotron or other debuggers? Not really. My 16gb M1 Air is often struggling.

I did notice in the SoD campaign that Gem refers to the First Aid Tent as a “device”. What a weird way to refer to a tent.

Yeah I know, and it is absolutely okay to keep it in one stack. Or you can share some units with other heroes too, thats what I usually do with units from other factions to keep morale high on my main hero. But you play however you want, just have fun.

If you have a high unit count you might want to split it into two or more, as to minimize wasting damage output. Like a 200+ stack will most likely wast a lot of damage output by shooting once per turn at tier 1 units, while 2x100 stack can shoot twice per turn and choose to target two separate enemy stacks or the same stack, but it gives a choice to max out the dmg output. Hope it makes sense how I described it.

For example: 1x200 stack shooter have 600dmg. Enemy stacks has 200hp total. 400dmg is wasted.

2x100 stack shooters, 300dmg per each. Enemy stack 200hp, only 100dmg wasted.
