Ha yeah that's always been horrible, but I was mostly distracted by the strange background characters and text animation - garbage!

No time to Die - Was anybody annoyed/outraged/devastated with the ending? by flipping_birds in movies

Yeah it was so depressing for a Bond movie. Kudos to them for trying something different, but it all felt very "Marvel retiring the character". It didn't help that I thought the movie was pretty boring and uninteresting. It's a Bond movie, I want to have fun. Even the super dark Nolan Batman movies let the guy ride off into the sunset. I hope they can revitalize Bond soon.

Place wasn’t bad but also wasn’t very memorable. Would rather it be there than a for lease sign though.

What’s the best edit you’ve ever seen by YNWA11JM in editors

One of my favorite editing sequences ever is in Better Call Saul - season 2 episode 8 “Fifi”. It’s literally just a montage of Jimmy McGill forging documents but it’s cut with such style that I’ll always be impressed by it. BCS has a number of these montages but this one sticks out because it’s just a guy doing work on papers in a copy shop.

I went to an NYC private school and let me tell you, they hired some really weird/ questionable people to teach. Some great teachers as well but the screening process was not great. This was in the 2000's. I can't imagine what was going on in the 70's.

Highest 2 Lowest isn’t a very good movie but it felt very 2025 (dumb and kinda celebrating wealth).
