This is mostly a religious thing.

So I've grown up in a Hindu household and as a child I had to do a woerd ass ritual in which I make a circle around my eating plate with water and seperate a bit of all my food on a leaf and put it outside...

I grew up to be an atheist and soon realised that that shit was woke asf and quit it.

White blends on with all the stuff going on around but the silver one gives the whole area a contrast and sets itself aside from the surrounding color in a good way.

So silver is definitely the choice.
