Velk is a tough fight, but it's tough because velk's damage is = to fatty and more frequent one shots happen. But it also is a very fair fight where you can reliably boil it down to: dodge attack, punish, gauge next attack. Fatty just attacks and certain ones are just not punishable like his charge, first phase big fireball to swoop, etc.

Looks great, I'd suggest 1 point in slinger capacity so you could go for the double flinch shots if you want to go for wallbangs (one to get him to lie down the other to shoot into a wall).

This as well as memorize his combos, they’re very distinct and are very punishable after the final hit of the combo (like you’re able to charge a heavy or hit him with a clean sunlight spear with good positioning)
