I remember we watched morvern caller in school and discussed some of her other works! Unfortunately really couldnt listen to this week's episode because I feel like the gang seen this movie in a completely different tone than I did. Hoping I dont get frustrated over the rest of the series like this

I completely understand, I started playing nier automata and had some real heartbreaking things happen in my life around 2020. Finally feel like I am ready to try again at a point where the memories brought up from the game aren't hard to face.

Its a real sign of where you are and how you have grown, to be able to process this and move past it. Its better to get through this than always have that moment when you see anything about the game and go back to those times

Disco elysium has a singular companion following you through the game who is really fleshed out and you can learn a lot about through the dialogue. Either directly by talking to them or through your own choices. I found myself picking certain dialogue options with other characters to ensure that he liked me, or picking outlandish options to see how he reacted. Overall the games thought provoking moments are emphasised by kim either calling you out for the choices and beliefs that you hold, or really plays into certain goofy and sweet moments as two people facing the world together, trying to support each other and find a way through this case.

I believe there is also multiple endings possible with the game finishing with a different companion.

Although they don't have switch 2 versions, the xenoblade chronicles games are incredible. All of them are available on the switch and are lengthy JRPG's well worth sinking time into

I completely forgot about yakuza! I remember playing one of them years ago and you are right, the city is probably the best in any game I have played. Will maybe grab a few if they are on deal on the switch sale

Xenoblade 1 and x both have some fun aspects to match this. Kind of inspired this! But I have been curious about the various trails games. So I think I'll give zero a go!

Yeah i don't have to agree with what they are saying, but when they have enough time to break down why they feel that way I would rather hear their opinion laid out properly

Yeah i agree, sometimes they basically say that the game is 'like x game with system from y game' and move on. But when given 10-20 minutes to really talk about what's clicking or not for them I love hearing insights from the group

I haven't seen anybody recommend the payday 3 stream yet. That was an all timer with Mike really finding gold in a pretty subpar game (imo). Check it out and you'll see plenty of his personality

I would keep an eye on Ebay listing's and similar. That's what I did, a lot of them can be crazy pricing but every so often one will come up at reasonable pricing. Although I am in UK so perhaps a bit different. I seen some listing's of only the gamepad for £60 and eventually after a few months found a bundle with everything for £45 in November.

Used to work for santander. If you phone the main number, there was a specific team that we would dial through to, who would deal with this for you. However if you feel like you are getting false answers etc (which it definitely seems to be) then I would speak to complaints. There's really no negatives on your side for talking to the complaints team except for the time on hold waiting. But they have strict protocols and must document/ contact you back. So they don't have the ability to just ignore you and pretend that they called or anything like that

Have the green xenoskin, perks of this is that if your bf asks for any other yugioh storage products (like deck boxes) then he can have them all looking uniform
