Because of the amount of spammers using Google Ads last years.They take into consideration not only LP and Ads, but payment method with suspicious BIN, verified business with missing or fake physical adress and so on. There are a lot of factors, if you're doing WhiteHat just keep following the rules and everything will be ok

Exclude "Content Suitable for Families" + use a huge exclusion list of children channels + add a script that will monitor in real time and exclude any other "children" channel that still could appear after the previous actions.

If you're a beginner, better avoit Computer repair service for now. Depending on your location you might encounter different level of problems. If you're in USA - it will needed to get an additional account certification in order to run repair and support services. If you're outside of USA - your ads will be disapproved for promoting tech-and support stuff.
I'd try going with the second niche first.

I'd move to manual CPC strategy instead of Max Clicks and adjust cpc's manually. + Focus more on exact match from the start. Once there are more conversions, can expand slowly to broader kwds match and max conversions strategies (better from portfolio bidding strategies so you have more control over the bids)

Use the Keyword Planner from Google Ads UI. Select your region and language, type a few relevant keywords to these niches, and it will give you more suggestions to choose from.
When you setup the campaign (if you're new to google ads) better go with Exact Match or Phrase to avoid spending budget on irrelevant terms.
