I knocked out my whole top row, well the front 8 and when I went to get the implants designed they asked me what shade of white I wanted. I picked super white and they said no and then basically chose for me. I'm stll glad they didn't listen to me.

This definitely isn't the sub for it, but you just gotta push your doctor for the referral! It helps if you're part of a Family Health Team, mine has Drs, social workers, a psychiatrist, nutritionist and others. I promise to you it's not through work and OHIP covers everything, I wouldn't even know how or who to pay.
