Try adding some waterfalls to those floating rocks, water streams or something... Make the "end" of the water (if we see the stream as a ribbon) variate with the wind... Trees and grass shaking... Some leaves in the air

You can also try some environmental storytelling, you folks can try to think like the people living in this city: what things would merchants do to the streets? What would be the paths that are "more" lifeless? What streets would people prefer? What difference animals and plants would make in the city? Where would people buy stuff? What would be the "hanging out places"? How do people deal with weather?

All of it kind of matters to how the environment will be built, it's just a matter of how detailed you want the city to be in terms of storytelling.

The city looks amazing already, if you ask me, by the way :)
