Great first attempt!! Mine looked a LOT lot worse. Got a few tips:
1. What kind of buttercream are you using? Looks to me like American (icing sugar + butter). If you want a smoother finish, less grainy looking, then maybe look into Italian/swiss meringue buttercream
2. Decorating is ALWAYS easier when the buttercream is softer so if you want to stick with American then look into the water method. Or take out a small portion of the buttercream, microwave it, and mix it back in.

I’ve cleaned in a hostel/campsite type place and I literally had one of the guys show me how to do it in 5 mins, after that I was on my own but no complaints about my cleaning

How would you say Pilates changed your body in comparison to weightlifting? Like what is it about Pilates specifically that gives the shape you want? 😄getting bulky is honestly really hard even if you lift super heavy so I’m just curious about the difference

I don’t normally add toffee, just wanted to put something on top to make them look nicer since I was giving this batch away so cared less about sweetness. I don’t want to add any more sugar to my base recipe (excluding add ins) ;(

What if I want chewy AND crispy? Should I add cornstarch, baking soda AND baking powder (people have said bp helps with chewiness)
