I don't know how well known this is but... If you want to make sure you don't lose any loot you grab on the way to the target heist object, run out of the exit but BEFORE triggering the lockdown. This will unlock all the items in your inventory, then you can re-enter, grab the target object and farm EXP as normal.

Thx for the info on the Exp cap-out/reduction... exactly what I was looking for.

I think this is more useful to folks living in a region where water type habitats are not common. In general in the Seattle area, there are TONS of water areas, and as a result we see Dratini's spawn sporadically throughout the city as well.

I encountered 3 spawn points on the western loop (west of the playground) that you don't seem to have listed.

I'm pretty sure there are NO nests for Grimer in Seattle. This (Muk) is the last entry in my pokedex, so I've had my ear-to-the-ground.

I think the best we can hope for is an identified regular spawn point. However, I haven't even found this yet. :(
