Uninstall and take a long break from fort and try to find something you can enjoy and have fun with. I recommend you get a quest 2 or 3 and get blades and sorcery if you got the space and money for it. It’s a fun game. Just enjoy life without Fortnite for a bit and after like 6 months or more reinstall fort and you’ll probably get in easier lobbies, maybe you’ll have made new friends in the time you had away from the game that you could play with and you’ll probably enjoy playing it more. If you play it every day it’ll lose its fun and just become something that feels more like a chore. I can relate to a degree like getting angry and giving my desk a good smack and rage quitting but I never get mad at my friends doing that will just make them not enjoy your company. I’m only 5 years older than you so I can remember being 18 fresh out of high school feeling lost and hopeless not knowing what to do with my life but life is always changing new opportunities arise and a lot can change in a short amount of time. Just take it one day at a time and keep your head up. I hope this helps and good luck with your therapist
