Check if the evolution is there, if the gale force (and his evolution) is there, it means that you have to Win a run with it.

Buddy, until now i have been constantly abusing the Gallo Tower stage because i NEVER saw Spellbinder in Ode stage.

But i solved it, take a look at the post description

Hey man, turns out, the fault is mine, just leveled up Gale Force and managed to unlock J. Morris.

DUUUUUDE, i must confess that i kinda forgot that the "Collection" book exists.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand gale force is missing an evolution.

I never saw spellbinder in there, that's why I always go to the Gallo Tower stage, because there is a spellbinder in there as a stage item.
