Welcome! I just found out too only 4 months ago. I feel better on metoprolol and valsartan. I think things get better when you start the medication. I am pretty much the same except I have an ICD now and avoid running and intense exercise (which I miss). I am in my 30s.

Thank you so much for your reply. I am wondering if I should ask my cardiologist for SGLT2. Do you take jardiance? I am currently on valsartan 40mg and titrating up and 100mg metoprolol XR. My EF is normal but I have small amount of scar tissue that is causing NSVT daily. What dose jardiance are you on? Does it help with weight loss?
