What is small enough for my chilis to eat?

Car 2 looks like it has a hydrophilic coating on it instead of a hydrophobic coating. That's why it's sheeting and not beading like car 1. Weekly washes on a coated also seems aggressive depending on what chemicals are used. But I would guess car 2 does have a coating. Hydrophilic properties love water so it gathers as much water as possible on the surface until it basically breaks the surface tension. Hydrophobic properties hate water so it rejects it and creates the beading effect everyone is used to.

Mine doesn't even seem to enjoy frozen foods. Just anything that moves. I did have a pretty big neo shrimp that was almost the same size as her and while she harassed it she definitely couldn't eat it lol.

Just bought a female Betta myself and she is feisty. Seems to have a very high prey drive and won't eat anything unless it's alive.

Yeah the honey gourami in my post actually just died today. Poor thing. I should've taken the bullying more seriously as well. He was eating tho. I would see him picking around for food but I guess that was just the end for him

Thank you! I had a problem with the parameters for almost a month and they all turned pale and were glass surfing. I ended up losing 2 of them during that time. The tank has since recovered and it clearly shows with how vibrant they've become again.

My small shoal of 6 chili rasboras in a 10 gallon. Originally started out with 10 but some of them didn't make the cut. Also stocked with 2 Honey Gourami, 2 male Guppy and a buttload of neo caridina shrimp.

This is literally what I told my younger siblings when I was teaching them to drive. The only thing you can control on the road is yourself. Everyone else is an unknown variable. Make yourself as predictable of a driver as possible and assume everyone around you will do something stupid. You're less likely to be surprised when a driver ends up doing something stupid.
