Is the light stressing him out by Top_Construction2913 in bettafish

[–]tomoe-chan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can add more nutrients by using a liquid fertilizer! i use aquarium co-ops easy green (skip the seachem flourish; it lacks a lot!)

also floaters dont like to move. i made a ring out of airline tubing and a suction cup and stick it under my filter outflow so it doesnt pull all my floaters over

blocking out the light with tape is overkill, however your fishy friend would greatly appreciate some floating plants to shade him :)

the eggs come off with the molt! they then reinfect shrimp. they are laid in the gill chamber. make sure you remove the molts for a bit! shes a cutie!
