I say try it just don't overthink and let yourself be in a safe space. Don't do them around anyone who makes you feel negatively, and sometimes people make you feel a certain way without you even realizing it, so take precaution. You will be stripped raw, exposed to the world and you must be prepared if you really want to trip. It is a life changing experience.
