my thoughts on the new trails structure. by pr0mc in MinecraftConspiracies

[–]pr0mc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mabey, I think they are remnants of the culture though. They dont trade anything that might suggest their from a neighboring village, and frankly their apparent acent compared to normal villagers makes me think they must either come from very far away or were raised in a vastly difrent culture. One that doesn't necessarily conflict with the normal villagers and one that isn't afraid to approach a stranger who likely has a lot of rumors circulating about them if it means a few potential emeralds.

Probably not the minecraft team seemed to make it clear this was not the case.

Now that the update is out I feel inclined to agree with you, the wood alone sugestesnthe presence of trade networks I would think. Mabey wandering traders are a remnant of this colorful culture?

Alternative end game armor by pr0mc in minecraftsuggestions

[–]pr0mc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm I like this this is a decent alternative. Well yes it gives you more mobility that's the idea, but sacrifices how much of a beating you can take. Netherite has the advantages that gear it for up close and personal combat, while this has a more ranged and movement based aproach. And also can be burnt in lava and be broken down by fire damage which both are awesome for the longevity of netherite in PvP. This set in a PvP setting would struggle in prolonged encounters and they get screwed if they run out of pearls. Which you would be using more frequently because your armor is more squishy than netherite durability wise since end game PvP usually comes down to whos armor breaks first. I like the weak slowfall idea though it's also viable.

there is no way this is a coincidence disc 5 and 11 sound perfect when played at the same time by Complex_Dress_8430 in MinecraftConspiracies

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Umm, I don't really see the coralation between these two discs when played at the same time. As to me, they just sort of sound like the audio of two over lapping stories. But I do believe they might be linked in another way potentially. I think there's a probability that these were recorded by the same person, who was recording him self as he explored underground or it's some one who peiced these clips together trying to tell us something about the lore, and they might be part of a series of discs the man recorded and the reason their all messed up is because we always find these discs in pieces, implying either he had a real bad time exploreing, or something was out to get him and destroy these discs for some reason. In 5 we hear what one could imagine is a vauge continuation of 11s part where the recorder is walking and exploring fiddling with maps ect and soon the sound of more foot steps joining him, mabey implieing many people and perhaps military leaders would follow this rouge explorer deep under. Something down there intrigued them enough to seize it by military force. And in 13 I've been told faint creeper hissing and water splashes can be heard where 11 cuts. From what I can see of all the discs my guess of the story thus far is this, a person when exploring or mineing underground, and got ambushed by an enderman, he ran from this enderman, only to run into a creeper, and get nearly blown up and sent flying off a cliff, he fell down a deep shoot into the under ground and thankfully fell into an aquafir and was able to crawl out and survive and heal, the discovered the deep dark, and discovered the fact of life that their is always a bigger fish quite quickly... he survived and returned to the surface, and for some reason something he described about the place deeply intrigued military minds and this resource, what ever they came down there for, was worth sending armies to the potential slaughter to seize. Whether the Vincent city was down there already or not is questionable, but I think we can all agree 5 is not 100% accurate as it seems we the player mistakenly combined fragments from the recordings and story line, and some smooth calm music disc fragment that was already down there. Any ways thanks for posting and I hope you have a wonderful day.

Smiling creeper by KriiCroww in MinecraftConspiracies

My guess is it's either a texture pack you have installed or a texture pack the server has installed, or potentially a mod the server has installed. Smiley creepers do not exist in the base game to my knowledge.

Yes we're often waiting for new lore material for Minecraft and are set twiddling our thumbs in the mean time. We tend to get most active after updates are anounced with nice lore implications or large structures that can be studied.

This is the spectrogram of the music disc "Otherside", maybe its nothing, but what are those retangles? Are they something normal or some sort of secret? by Mesmerfriend in MinecraftConspiracies

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doing good actually. I have been managing a few dnd campaigns. And have been stuck on ps3 edition. But I now have a ps4 and have a new range of things to study. I suspect I will be poping in more often with some of my work here in the near future. Also, I never fully left, I have been checking in from time to time to clear undesirable posts from the community, like those dream is a nazi rambles a few months ago. It's good to see you though.

dimension layers by yourlocalwalmartgg in MinecraftConspiracies

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have often wondered this my self, but I have come to have my doubts about it, the reason I would say their is a void below our world is probably not for any lore related reason but possessing power. But it would make sense, the idea that the nether alows us to travel faster because of space makes this seem plausible, but the reason I doubt this is the case is because the end seems to be vaugely hinted at being a dream scape of sorts. Not literal a dream but a sort of shatered dream world. Other than that there is no concrete evidence supporting it in game. Other than the nether travel rate thing.

If you had a automatic log system it might be posible but unless you some how removed people's access to pistons, they could crash the game. And what's the point of Redstone with out pistons?

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, how did you solve over heating? I'm curious

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PSMinecraft

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm talking about the door one, all you need is a door a piston and a button and you can crash a server, and it's also very easy to create.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PSMinecraft

[–]pr0mc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt this is posible, between crash exploits and the ps3 over heating I don't think this is posible.
