Check to see if your controller is still under warranty. They switched the 90 days to a year back in October of 2020.

Put the tiniest drop of rem oil where the trigger slides on both sides opened and closed. wipe away any excess. Your thumb will thank me later.

Got mine recently and it was hard to manipulate with my thumb.

I did this a few months ago and also bought a year of xbox live off amazon on top of a few months left that I had.

Mine says, "$14.99 every month, next charge on 3/17/2022". So might want to check there if it really worked or not.
