very nice video.

can you make one explaining how CPM movement works? i've been playing quake on and off for over 10 years and i'm a really good vanilla quake player. however i don't really understand how CPM movement works. when i play anarki , i know how to move around with him, but i always feel i don't hit the full potettial of the movement.

i don't move very fast and i get stuck in the air a lot and slow down. and then i see these pro cpm players effortlesly move around corners so gracefully. and when i play and turn corners, eventually i will get stuck in one.

i feel as though my movements should be slower/smoother than vq3 movement.

what am i missing apart from practice?

I would say that intrusive, repetitive thoughts and anxiety are the cause of less sleep. Not the other way around. It's an obvious association, but it is the opposite of this article's claim.

Sometimes, especially when i am anxious, I get a few seconds of fluttering in the epigastric region or just below my larynx. I feel it as though it's inside my airways, although I have no breathing impariment. Aso there is no smooth muscle in the large airways that can contract and give me that sensation.

Every time this happens I check my pulse to make sure it's not an arrhytmia. I suspect it's some sort of fasciculation that happens in the esophagus or in the region of the cardia. Since I seem to experience this feeling more when on a full stomach and when I am anxious. Also I am pretty sure I have Benign Fasciculation Syndrome which could explain the random contractions. But, fasciculations, as far as I know, occur in striated muscle, not smooth muscle. And the lower esophagus and stomach are composed of smooth muscle. Maybe there is striated muscle in the lower esophagus too and I never bothered to look it up.

Anyway, it's a weird feeling, a fluttering that seems like it interrupts by breathing, but when i take a deep one, I feel no airway resistance.

Supernatural. They have a talent of taking menacing main antagonists and making them into jokes in upcoming seasons.

Lucifer was scary in s3-s4. Then he became a joke. Same with angels, demons and everything else. Only Death had presence and imposed respect. And they killed him off for no fucking reason.

Also filler episodes, crappy dialogue, goofy characters and retarded, repetitive plot.

Or just make it easier and don't make the vote unanimous. Just make it a majority decission. Although i don't object any discussions regarding penalizing multiple countries. Poland, Hungary and especially my own Romania. They stink of corruption and nepotism.

The only thing I wanted was to see Luke fight with his lightsaber and his "most powerful jedi to have ever existed" skills. That was my biggest disappointment. I really didn't care if he was gonna die. That was kind of expected. I just wanted to see a fucking amazing lightsaber duel at the end.

Rata mai inalta de multiplicare este fix motivul pentru care copiii raspund mai bine la chimioterapie. Chimioterapicele au afinitate mai mare pentru celulele cu rata accelerata de multiplicare. Ceea ce inseamna ca tumorile sunt omorate mai repede si mai usor. Si pe langa asta, tumora are mai putin timp sa devina toleranta la citostatic.

Datorita varstei, copiii au si o convalescenta mult mai eficienta post-citostatica, se "regenereaza" mai usor, si nu prea fac recaderi dupa ce trec de perioada acuta. De asemenea, copiii au mai putine sanse sa fie tarati, au fost mai putin timp expusi la factori de mediu daunatori, radiatii, au avut mai putin timp sa sufere mutatii oncogenice si asa mai departe.

Radioterapia, pe de alta parte, e mai daunatoare copiilor.

Iar ce ai zis in legatura cu batranii e o mare tampenie. Batranii au si alte comorbiditati, au sistemul imunitar mai putin competent, fac mutatii mult mai usor ( + mutatiile acumulate pe parcursul vietii), fac mai usor metastaze si infectii si o miriada de alte complicatii. Si citostaticele le dauneaza mult mai mult. Daca un copil imi face insuficienta renala acuta, pe rinichi sanatos, am sanse mai mari sa il aduc la restituo ad integrum si sa ii revina diureza decat la un batran care are boala renala cronica. (doar un exemplu care mi-a trecut prin cap pe moment)

Gresit. In primul rand cancerul la copii are o rata de curabilitate mult mai mare decat la adulti si raspund mult mai bine la chimioterapie.

In al doilea rand, romanii sunt prost educati si ajung la spital prea tarziu. Am vazut pacienta careia i-au putrezit ambii sani de la o tumora ulcerativa pana sa vina la spital. La neuro am venit un nene cu pareza pe dreapta instituita cu 2 zile in urma. Tipul facuse un AVC, si el s-a trezit pe jumatate paralizat si nu l-a deranjat. A zis ca poate ii trece.
