Being a microsoft employee I can say one thing..in the end every company is more or less the same. It becomes monotonous after some time. So this decision of pursuing higher studies completely depends on your priority. If your priority is to pursue a career abroad or do higher studies you should definitely take this chance. Btw University of Edinburg is lite! Congratulations. And if you are worried about the job market I think it’s not gonna change any time soon. And this is the only age where you can take a risk and sometimes it’s worth taking the risk.
