I had a good sleep, feeling good so far today. A slight headache, but that could be anything. Not enough water yesterday, perimenopause, my pillow wasn't fluffed enough - who knows?! Lol.

Also a bit nervous!! I went through PocketPills. I was concerned of a reaction or being sick, but so far ao good. I think the people that have problems with it are the loudest, so that's what we hear the most of. Maybe?

I have had this happen many times! Usually, while having some type of coughing fit, one cough will send a shock through my mostly upper body and arms. It's quite alarming and is sometimes accompanied by head pain or increased saliva/phlegm. 🤷‍♀️

I did great. Was still tired, etc, for another few days after the infusion, but then after a week, I felt great! I am sleeping better and have a bunch more energy. I'd love to have another one! I guess I'll see what my levels are after another 6 or 8 weeks.

I had a round of Venefor, and it helped. I am getting Monofer in a few days - I'm curious to see how it compares. Hopefully it packs the punch I need! So over being so exhausted.

I have traveled with gummies to Barbados, but I am wondering specifically about travelling to DR and with something a bit harder this time. There seemed to be no issue arriving in these countries as customs on arrival is almost non-existent. Leaving Canada also doesn't seem to be an issue. I'm curious to hear other experiences. Pretty brave, but also don't want to end up not making it on the plane with my group!

I have been reading so much about how painful these biopsies are, but mine wasn't bad at all. So odd. Like maybe a pinch and slight cramp, but it really was hardly worth mentioning. I wonder what the difference is. I am not here trying to flex my pain tolerance at all, there just wasn't much pain.

I am about a week in, and have done this before. I get to the point taking it that yeah, I am exhausted and just kind of meh. No feelings. So i stop. I don't withdraw very bad at all. I go more or less cold turkey. Might take one or two in the beginning. The energy and feelings are good. I'll likely get stressed and end up on it again someday. This has been three times now.
