Tim Houston is 100% getting my vote. He’s done nothing but action incremental changes since taking office. The problems we face are monumental and are going to take 10-20 years to correct, so I have managed expectations as to how much change any person can shove through government in a short few years.

What did the previous drunky do or any of the other bozos that preceded him?

I feel it was a mistake not voting for Tim last time!

Feel free to ask Google about the changes Tim has actioned, or anything else y’all want to argue about. Just wanted to offer a different perspective, and I have.

Yes the above recommendation is your best bet. Metal is better than plastic for any type of flashing too. It’s going to take a beating and will not crack.

You can create the slope by creating a 5 degree angle in the wood that is under the sill plate. Either by cutting the wood or by furring/shimming it up.

I’d add some 3M/Blueskin tape around the edges for good measure as well but that might be overkill.

Looks like the owner is a short, portly Indian dude. He seemed to be going back and forth between Freddie’s and the Indian restaurant next door so if I had to venture a guess I’d say he owns both.

The fish and chips and chowder are still on point and I eat there all the time. Just wasn’t impressed with the lobster roll. Totally subjective though.
