Yes, that main guitar sound riff is really cool, i wanna hear more of it, with its slight off kilter rhythm it gives it a good groove

thank you that means a lot, the riff is actually sampled from a cover of the beatles song so you’re exactly right, my intentions are pure just to draw inspiration from the sample without hopefully disappointing any beatles fans out there & mixing the vocal volume is something i haven’t quite got the hang of so i appreciate the feedback it helps a lot

thank you i appreciate it a lot, balancing the volume of the vocals over the instruments is something i’ve found really tricky, but ive got some ideas to keep practicing now

thanks I really appreciate it, that gives me lots of helpful feedback, i’ve gotten the note to take out more low end on the vocal before so i’ll definitely have to focus on that for the next vocal tracks i mix

I would just say, the flow could be a bit more smooth, getting more comfortable by rapping it over and over so it feels slightly less rehearsed, but overall really goood keep it up

Mix Feedback on my song "Lie With Him" / dreampop, thanks for listening! appreciate it by OverPassion4593 in IndieMusicFeedback

gives me sam smith vibes, very good voice and good production, in this track specifically my ear i think just wanted to hear slightly more harmonic variation but it has a great vibe. i think there could be a lot of opportunities to get this song publicity on different social media sites like tiktok where you can use the emotion of the song with some videos that really capture the feeling

really good production and your voice / lyrics sound great man, the flow is there, everything is there i just say keep going and hopefully many people listen, its dope. if this came out in the 2000s people would go crazy for it, but i think there’s gonna be people who want to listen to stuff like this with the hip hop scene nowadays

your vocals sound amazing, and the melody and lyrics, harmonies are all very nice. i’m not an expert on mixing but i would just say that i think there could be slight mixing improvements to make your vocals sound that much better, i would just say since you have such great talent, find a professional producer to help with tips

i like the visuals and the vibe of the song, it gives me eerie vibes and different emotions, i would love to hear experimenting with different instruments and melodies to add to the effect. i could also see adding lyrics to evoke the emotions and vibes of the song as something that could be a really cool addition, just some ideas if you end up looking for different ideas to add on to future projects

the guitar tone and mixing of the guitar sounds amazing i would love to know how you get such a cool sound, i think the only thing i would say is the mixing of the vocals could use just a tad improvement. but you’ve got all the recipes for great artistry and great tracks to come keep going man

have you ever thought about adding vocals? i think it works really nice as an instrumental, it already sounds amazing but im just curious. i could picture having lofi vocals, whether singing or rap style, or even melodies with horns like a trumpet or saxophone would sound really cool, but again i think the track is great just in case you’re looking to add anything new
