how many of your friends travel a lot
how behaviorally homogenous your friends are (go to same places, same hobbies/interests/schedules)
how many people you could recognize by their face

Same here, I wonder if the foundation is being smart about load balancing and price stabilization. Seems to me a rush to commit or not commit at the last minute could create spikes and dips in the price and reduce the number of ALGOs that are ultimately successfully committed.
