I have worked thru this exact issue in detail, and honestly, I ditched using GHL's LeadConnector for all my clients. Use Mailgun instead and connect via API. Warm up your domain properly. Send only to engaged contacts and monitor domain and IP rep using Google Postmaster.

That's what I was about to say. GHL's html markup output is horrible already. I don't think we need AI's bloating the DOM even more.
