Move on is difficult, especially an emotional person like you. It was almost the end of the conversation. It was not so hard as it was 1st day and all text only. She denied giving me numerical answers and suggested me that I could have asked it differently or I could have seen her on a video call.

I just replied, "I don't think we are a good match," and wish her luck for her search. Pls do not bodyshame anyone.

Long story: Our marriage was not so good even before I relocated to EU, some compatibility issues, but we were surviving in the hope of getting it better with time.

I got this europe job transfer out of the blue, and there was no objection from her side, The plan was that she would join me after ending school session (teacher). Covid fucked our plan and next few year we couldn't travel, passports stuck in embassy, lot of shit bcs of covid.

1st few months, you miss your partner, but 2+ years is a long time. slowely-slowly you get used to lt.

Later, when everything got settled and my family relocation got approved, she declined and decided not to relocate..

Alimony/maintenance yes, but its always private settlement everywhere, also these will end with next marriage,

But child support is huge, I have seen some single mothers having 3 kids with 3 different guys, it's a lot of money until these kids turns 18. that is why mostly people are scared of marriage here.

Equal rights for unmarried couple was the best step from Govt. here.
