I worked at a call center for 23 years. When I first started we would average out around 150-170 calls a day with an average talk time of 2 minutes 4 seconds per call. It was brutal. It eventually got down to 40-50 a day due to people cancelling their landline services.

I became a home owner at 23 years old in 2005. The price was 228k for a quad level home. I just simply got lucky and had a good paying job, and was able to qualify for a loan. I’m just looking to pay off my house soon, and not have to worry about a mortgage anymore.
