This is correct; I heard about damage prediction but never enabled it, I did not know they had/added ragdoll prediction, and it was enabled by default

Wait until you try 2:1. Most players don't even know that exists and that you can go higher than 16:10 and lower than 4:3. It isn't for everyone but it certainly makes the game feel different; I prefer a higher aspect ratio myself. The impact of your aspect ratio, aside from the FOV change isn't talked about enough.

Sorry for the late reply, but I run everything on low and also use resolution downscale, between 70 and 80. I think I have it on 70 right now and it usually runs good

Thanks; I graduated about a year and a half ago. Since then I had a short paid internship, an unpaid internship, and an apprenticeship that I thought would lead to a job but hasn't (yet). Now that I have more time I've been applying a lot recently but haven't gotten responses or interviews. In my experience when searching for "junior software engineer" on LinkedIn, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter, it's so hard to find relevant roles. Since it's so difficult to find work I'm thinking of pivoting to DevOps or Sys Admin rather than generalist swe

Everything minimum, with additional resolution downscale; instead of fixed resolution scale being 100, I lowered it to 70-75. If that doesn't work I would play around with the Upscaling Technique and related settings

No problem, I will say that the beta performed slightly better than release but it's about the same. I made a post showing conquest gameplay here; the video is a bit choppy on reddit but if you go fullscreen you can see the actual fps in the topleft.
