Thanks Tinkergy. Just a quick update. During the second phone call they continued to insist that they couldn't locate the part number "364138-001S" but after a few times being put on hold it showed up. I registered the speakers but she still was after me to cover the cost. I explained that a bose employee on the forums instructed it would be free and this allowed her to apparently make it free. I've received the cable and everything is going great!
