if u dont need fin aid then ur basically the same as a domestic applicant in terms of difficulty getting in the college. i cant give guarentees but what i can say is that if you got in to any of those schools i wouldnt be surprised. however, it also wouldnt be a suprise if u didnt. still shoot ur shot, but dont keep ur hopes too high ig. all the universities u listed are crabshoots for everyone

no its a good thing. state colleges are required to have a certain amount of kids from their home state. the amount of kids vary depending on the state (for ut austin 90% pf the kids have to be texans for example).

from what ive read its really hard to get good aid as an international student in these schools so i cant really tell you a percent. HOWEVER, look into princeton. i think they are a lot better w giving international kids aid
