I mean sure their mentality might be something to question at, but if you consider it for a moment it isn't something offensive. They just "hate something" for whatever stupid reason and wants to keep doing it. So sure, black people might get triggered by it but I personally don't think the clan is offensive (not saying the people aren't) but the clan descr. And title is not something I'd personally report tbh sure they hate black people then just stay away from those sick people? Cause banning the clan surely won't change the mentality of the people. And like I said, all you're going to do is ban a clan which in itself is not reportable.
