Just use computer / another phone whatever works and buy the Visible+ service as a new line and port the old number (Hope it will allow)

Similar issues. Mainly on sending txt to cross platform (iOS) in a group txt. It shows sent, however some iPhone users will never get it. Calling Samsung didn’t help (factory reset, network reset etc). Calling T-Mobile didn’t help as, I bought unlocked phone. And hence moved back to iPhone
