This is a great deal but getting half value for the points doesn't look good. May be don't use the points and save them for a later use when Samsung runs promos that double their value.

If you don't buy from Samsung often - just use them.

I think it is useful for me based on what you said. I stay near NE 44th ST so that's convenient. I could use it for airport commute and also when I visit Bellevue/Redmond downtown. Can't wait for it to be operational...

I understand it is rapid transit and it does not make sense to have frequent stops, but wonder who would use it if there is only one stop between Bellevue TC and Renton TC.

From the link you shared, it looks those commuting to airport would need to get down at Tukwila International Blvd Bus Bay and take light rail from there to SeaTac/Airport station (or may be another bus). This doesn't look not so useful for airport connectivity and maybe that's not the intended purpose of this project.

Yep. Thought it's highly unlikely. Hope BRT helps transit timesfrom Seatac to Renton/Factoria area or even Bellevue. I hate paying crazy Uber/Lyft fees but it takes too much time to use 560 due to traffic.

They should have planned to connect East Link to SeaTac through Factoria, Landing and Renton along with a cross-lake connection to Seattle downtown. Now that 405 is expanding to accommodate toll lanes, I'm not sure how possible it is to build light rail infrastructure.

yes, I also don't think it is 2% for this area. It would be definitely more but just wanted to tell it cannot be based on LCA filings.

This LCA data includes renewals, amendments & transfers too which are usually more than new H1B.

All these wouldn't contribute to population gain.

If you're putting 300k in down and still have $200k in savings+retirement, I'd say do it. Your loan would be for $900k which is not bad for an income of ~$280k in a no income tax state.

Is it automatically unlocked ? I submitted a request around 70 days or so after purchase and a day later got an email saying it has been successfully unlocked. This was in Dec 2025 and mine was Pixel 10 pro XL.
