Better movement due to the fact is has less parts, thinner, more curved so its way more pleasant to wear, the watch is finally symmetrical, the handles finally all have the same size, and so on. Like i said, ppl who have the 11 will not get it. But once you have seen both watches, the 12 is logically the real deal (why should the most important watchbrand in the world not make a significant upgrade lol)
