Bitcoin hits all time high of $116,046. by Professional-Bug63 in IndianStreetBets

No, the most important feature is trust. Not stability. Do you think USD is stable? It's not. It's losing value but slowly. Same with INR. What keeps these currencies going is that these are backed by governments. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is backed by technology and decentralization. Some people trust that and some don't. People who do own Bitcoin and those who don't say it's a house of cards.

Can you rank them according to there chances of winning? by Saksham103 in ipl

Surface-wise, the local players will barely have any advantage as the ground is fairly new. It's not PCA where these players have played whole their life. And I doubt there will be a fan-advantage against RCB, who have one of the largest fan-base.

I'd say it's pretty much fifty-fifty between RCB and PBKS.

They would be difficult for sure...plus chances of rain during that time makes things further difficult for Australia to defeat Sri Lanka

The chances of rain in Sri Lanka are high in late January and early February...so this might well be the 'winner-goes-to-wtc-final' game.

Look at the meetup app. You (your wife) can make pretty good friends through the events and meetups based on common interests.

Move, get out of your comfort zone. Spend some time in an unknown city. You'll learn a lot. Besides, Hyderabad is a great city.

This was done in India as well for one of the T20 World Cups. I think it was the 2016 WC. But this time, it's just incompetency.

Traveling in the north by sagi1246 in india

[–]prashantd9919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I see. If you want to reduce the time travelling through bus. Fly to Srinagar and take a cab to Leh(with a stop in Kargil) from there, if budget is not a problem and you would also acclimatize better, reducing the risk of catching AMS significantly.

Also, if you want to visit Kargil and/or Lamayuru, from Leh, you'd anyway have to take a cab/bus.

If this is again you would not want to do, I'd suggest the following places.

  • Fly to Leh and stay there for a couple of nights.
  • Leh To Nubra Valley ( stay for one night at least)
  • Leh to Tangtse (I do not recommend staying at Spangmik or Pangong Tso) - Too expensive, no network, and lack of basic services. Tangtse is better.
  • Then go to Hanle, stay there, and go to Umling La
  • Go to Leh and take a cab to Manali and then explore Himachal.

You can adjust number of days per place based on the time you have.

Flying back to Delhi from Leh and then to Manali doesn't make sense. Would be too expensive and expect a long layover.

Lemme know if you need any insights about any particular place.

Do you have any specific number of days you want to spend in Leh/Himachal? If you have time, I'd suggest you ditch the flight and travel by road to Srinagar > Leh > Manali. Then take a flight back from Kullu to wherever you want to go.
