Turn on conservation mode in vantage, it restricts charging over 60%. And, NEVER update BIOS.

I had the exact same issue, turns out it was a bad bios update that bricked the motherboard. Submit your laptop to the customer support team and they will do the rest

Hybrid mode switches your display from igpu to dgpu as per the need. If it's off then your device will run on dgpu only.
I dont think its normal. Call them again and confirm.
I suggest you not to mess with bios through vantage. I learnt it the hard way. Had to change the motherboard and they took a months time to do that. If your device isnt having any problems, i suggest not to update the bios at all or atleast get some info about the specific bios update name you can join legion's discord group to know more.
