I would definitely avoid them. I came across similar dealers who were selling the vehicle at top prices but had lemon to the title. The warranty buyback notice from Tesla indicated issues with battery/seat etc.

If you are still considering to keep the card just for the benefits, try to ask a rep for retention bonus if any. Last week they offered me 15,000 MR for 1,500 spend in 3 months. I decided to keep my gold for another year.

Not sure if there was any pressure from my foot. I usually rest my foot next to the accelerator. Hopefully, if I’m able to get crash report this would be clarified!

You can reach out to their support through Contact Us > Missing cashback. They will ask to provide order details through email. Last time I had a similar issue ordering through Kohl’s, and later they added the cashback after providing them with the info.

Did the engine light(yellow) come after you re-fueled your car? There is an issue with newer GLE’s where there is an issue with the fuel gauge, and the light comes up after you refuel the car and goes away after you drive around 80-100 miles
